Vacation Planning Deposit

Our goal is to provide the very best travel-related services in a cost effective and efficient manner. We work hard to ensure that our clients receive not only a great value, but the best possible service for your vacation investment.

We work one-on-one with each client and the research we provide can require us to spend a signifcant amount of hours researching the best possible destination, resort, or cruise to suit you. To ensure that the client completes the purchase and that the agency is compensated for the amount of work we put in, we ask for a small upfront planning deposit, which goes towards the cost of your trip. 

Due in advance of your quote - goes towards your booking.
A $50 planning deposit is required for booking a set vacation package, cruise, escorted tour package, or airfare. A $100 planning deposit is required for planning a personalized vacation - putting different components of a trip together, rather than an already pre-packaged trip.A $100 Group Deposit is required for arranging group travel.A $200 planning deposit is required for Destination Wedding planning.

This deposit is paid upfront when planning begins and is used to cover the time we devote in the event that you decide not to book the vacation. The deposit goes towards the cost of your trip, so you're not losing any money or adding any additional costs (not valid on air-only bookings). If for whatever reason you decide to abandon the vacation or book through another source, the planning deposit then becomes non-refundable.

Airfare Only Bookings - Fee is in addition to cost of ticket.

We whittle through all the "noise" to find you the best airfare for your dollar, based on your requirements.
For bookings with air only, we charge a $25 nonrefundable fee for domestic air, and a $50 nonrefundable fee for international air.
